Business Analyst

Responsibilities
- Communication with customers and business users to gather project requirements and goals;
- Business analysis, functional and technical design;
- Presenting specification documents to customers;
- Presenting requirements to development and testing teams;
- Supporting customers during acceptance testing and rollout of new functionality.
Essential Skills required:
- Business processes modelling and documenting, UML;
- Data structures design, strong knowledge of SQL;
- User interface prototyping.
Additional requirements:
- Experience in change management and bug tracking systems;
- Experience in software development (C/C++, C#.NET, ADO.NET, ASP.NET);
- Experience in RDBMS MS SQL Server;
- Experience in full software development life cycle;
- Experience in working and communicating with foreign clients;
- Foreign passport, readiness to travel throughout Europe on business
Foreign languages:
English upper intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
Education:
Higher education; preferably a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Applied Mathematics.
Personal skills:
- Pro-activeness in communication with developers, QAs and customers;
- Highly motivated with strong sense of responsibility, result oriented.

The trial period for all employees is the same and lasts three months.
We apply a standard 8-hour workday and schedule is flexible and can be adjusted.
All the Ukrainian holidays are taken into account, and employees take days off according to the holidays.
If an employee works overtime, this is reflected in the payroll.
We have a social package for employees and sick leaves are covered.
Regular vacation entitlement will be 24 (twenty-four) calendar days per annum.
This is discussed individually with each employee. The decision is taken considering employee's best interests.
